Explore Motion
Attend Wellness Workshops
Have you ever heard the sound of blood rushing through your veins or air moving through your lungs? Have you ever held a real human bone or used equipment that can move a part of your body for you? Work with current students, learn skills that can make you a healthier person and discover how physical activity helps the body heal. Get hands on experience finding muscles in your body, checking blood pressure and more! Learn teamwork skills while being exposed to the teams in our body and the healthcare teams that take care of these body systems. Workshops available for children K-12. Physical Therapy Patch Program Availble to Cadette, Ambassador & Senior level Girl Scout. Adult chaperones welcome!
Inspire Motion
Become a Host or Volunteer
Help inspire motion offer our wellness workshops in your communities and beyond to improve health literacy and build better relationships between healthcare and our communities. You can volunteer at programs being hosted near you or complete our training to offer our licensed programs.

Membership & Services
This program allows eligible individuals to train with Inspire Motion Instructors and are authorized to conduct Explore Motion events as a Certified Inspire Motion Hosts. If you join the Navigator Network (NN™) and are a NN™ Member in good standing, your license to host Explore the Magic of Motion® events will not expire. If you do not join NN™, the license you get upon completion of any course is good for 6 months and can be renewed easily by joining NN™ or taking another Explore the Magic of Motion® Inspire Motion Host course. The Navigator Network is an annual membership program created to give ongoing support and tools for success. Creative Strategy
Creator of the Physical Therapy Fun Patch for Girl Scouts, we offer up to 12 workshops and 4 programs that teach health literacy while exposing diverse communities to health careers and services.
Education
We provide training for certification to use our licensed programs. Many of the trainings incoporate cultural competence content and are eligible for continuing education units for professional licensure.
Consultation
Looking to plan an event but don’t know where to start? Need someone to check in with as you roll out your programs? This is the perfect package for a client who plans on hosting an Explore Motion program but needs assistance coordinating the event. Set up virtual consultation meetings or request an on-site coordinator to assist you at the event.
Event Management Services
We offer a wide range of services to ensure your Explore Motion program is a success. Services can include up to 12 hours of consultation and event planning assistance, such as facility planning, check in meetings, volunteer recruitment assistance, community organization outreach, etc. Add on options available for assistance with event favors, signage and décor. We also offer corporate packages to train staff on how to host our programs and implement it as a regluar outreach event for your organization.
