Service Description

This package is perfect for an organization who would like to bring Explore the Magic of Motion® to their location assistance hosting their first event and plan to continue to offer our programs. We will assist with event marketing, facility planning, volunteer recruitment, and day of event coordination and more. Host location or organization agrees that all volunteers at events must complete a non-disclosure agreement. A certified host (Guide, Navigator or Senior Navigator) must be present at all Explore the Magic of Motion® events and are the only authorized users of Explore the Magic of Motion® programs, patches, and training courses. Services include: 12 -17 hours of consultation and event planning assistance. - Facility Planning (1 hour included) - Check in meetings (2 hours included) - Day of Event Coordinator (5 hours included) - Marketing & event prep (4 hours included) - Coordinator rate $55/hr, after 17 hours rate $50/hr. Package A (Tier 1): $980 Package B (Tier 2): $1140 Package C (Tier 3): $1575 Additional Services Available. Tax & Travel not included. Travel reimbursement may be required for locations > 80 miles away from 19148. Tier 1: Organizations with 1-2 staff members and/or <4000 members. Tier 2: Organizations with 3-9 staff members and/or 4000-9999 members. Tier 3: Organizations with 10+ staff members and/or 10000 +members.
